A duplex apartment on the ground floor, the entrance corridor connects to two bedrooms separated by a bathroom decorated with Italian slate tiles. The first room with a double bed is south facing and gives access to a private terrace surrounded by the garden. On the first floor (50m²) the palatial main room is dominated by a magnificent granite fireplace, the room also containing a modern, excellently equipped cooking space. The chalk painted walls, impressive oak beams and terra cotta floor unite to give the apartment a warm and authentic atmosphere.
